1. Definitions

• “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our” Chris Lee Consulting Corp (“CLC”).
• “Participant,” “you,” “your” The individual or legal entity accepting this Agreement.
• “Program” The AI Consulting Accelerator, consisting of (a) an eight‑week intensive cohort and (b) continued access to recordings, Circle community, templates, and toolkits for twelve (12) consecutive months starting the Kick‑Off Date the Company specifies in the onboarding email.
• “Kick‑Off Date” The first live orientation call of the relevant cohort.
• “Tuition” A one‑time, non‑refundable fee of USD $3,990 (three‑thousand‑nine‑hundred‑ninety United States dollars).
• “Action Requirements” The mandatory daily/weekly activities listed in §5.
• “Guarantee Period” Day 1 to Day 365 after the Kick‑Off Date.
• “MRR” Monthly recurring revenue from consulting or coaching services you sell to third parties.

2. Program Inclusions

1. Core Curriculum Eight (8) weekly micro‑modules released each Tuesday (Pacific).
2. Live Cohort Calls Sixty‑minute group sessions every Monday at 19:00 PST for the first eight weeks.
3. Community & Resources Private Circle group, template vault, replay library, and future resource drops for twelve (12) months.
4. Support Asynchronous feedback inside Circle; no 1‑on‑1 coaching beyond the initial 15‑minute Fit Call unless otherwise specified in writing.
